Mencken (the guy on the right) has no love for anybody or anything. It's not that he's mean, he just has trust issues. The fact that he enjoys purring on my lap makes me feel honored.
The Mighty Fang, on the other hand, has no trust issues at all. He'll walk right up to Mencken and start licking his face. Usually will get a paw in his face for his troubles, but so it goes. Was Mencken already asleep when The Mighty Fang decided to join him? It looks as though they get along fine, at least while napping, and since napping is such an important part of a cat's life...
Yeah, Mencken was already asleep. If you look at his eyes, they're just starting to open, as if he is saying "WTF is this pervert doing cuddling up to me again?". |
