The Bugman, Tom DeLay, says that Iraq is no more dangerous than downtown Houston. Funny, I used to live in Houston. I honestly don't recall scenes like this one that recently occurred in Baghdad:
Was I perhaps leading a sheltered life, given that I was teaching in an inner-city school in the 3rd ward within shooting distance of downtown? Curious penguins want to know!

I think you were living a sheltered life. I don't think pengiuns hung out in the part of town that Delay is talking about. I think it had something to do with nuns and penguins looking alike?

Yeah, I guess the drug dealers on the streets and teaching kids who went home to be lookouts for their uncle's drug dealing business meant I was teaching in an upscale neighborhood of Houston like, say, River Oaks (where the Chimperor grew up and where houses less than 5,000 square feet in size are prohibited by deed restriction).

Don't sweat it, Penguin. After all, Houston (and the rest of Texas) won't be on earth much longer. Problem solved!

I am a black and white and yellow multicolored penguin making his way as best he can in a world of monochromic monkeys.
